I do start my Christmas shopping absurdly early. I've been known to buy Christmas gifts in January and save them in a safe spot, only to forget I had them until some one's birthday rolls around the following year! Nobody is perfect.

Last, but not least Gifts Under $5!! $5 gifts are the perfect items for dropping in stockings, or tying on the top of gifts instead of bows & gift tags. You can write coworkers names on Lip Balms & attach those to the tops of gifts or the outsides of gift bags as usable "tags". They're regular $1.99 for 4 (and happen to be on sale right now) which makes them less than .50 cents per balm/tag.

There are also any number of makeup brushes, nail polishes, eye shadow compacts, body washes that are on sale during the time I am typing this. I do not want to add any of those sale items since those prices will change in the next 2 weeks, but don't hesitate to check the e-store more pricing.
Every year my husband, kids & I attend many of the festivals in our surrounding area throughout the summer & fall. I try to do a lot of our Christmas shopping from the vendors at those festivals. I didn't quite finish everyone off just yet (my goal is always to be done before Thanksgiving), but I'm close!
